By making a donation through any of the forms provided by Stonewriters Legacy, including those under the Grassroots Mastershop, the Freedom Without Borders, or the Community Tournaments, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Your donation supports our various initiatives aimed at empowering kids, youth, women, and communities. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji.

2. Donation Agreement

All donations made through our forms are voluntary and non-refundable. By making a donation, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the funds and that no goods or services are expected in return.

Donations will support the specific activities within the programs of your choice, including but not limited to:

a.) Grassroots Mastershop: Support Our Women, Support Our Youths, Support Our Children;

b.) Freedom Without Borders: Donate to Empower Learning, Donate to Build Achievers, Help Build Winning Team Culture, Donate to Cultivate Leaders, Support Rugby Skills Development, Donate to Financial Education, Donate to Foster Entrepreneurship; and

c.) Community Tournaments: As part of community sports development and social issue advocacy.

Stonewriters Legacy reserves the right to allocate donations to where they are most needed within the respective programs or activities.

3. Use of Donations

Your donations will be used to support the program or activity you select, including:

a.) Providing free workshop, masterclass and clinics for children, youths, and women under the Grassroots Mastershop;

b.) Supporting educational and leadership initiatives under the Freedom Without Borders ; and

c.) Promoting community engagement and sports development through the Community Tournaments.

We will ensure that all funds are applied efficiently to meet the stated goals of each program.

4. Payment Terms

Donations must be made through secure payment methods provided on the forms. Donors are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Stonewriters Legacy cannot be held liable for any payment issues arising from incorrect information provided by the donor or issues related to third-party payment processors.

5. Data Privacy

Stonewriters Legacy is committed to protecting your privacy. By donating, you agree that your personal and payment information will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

6. Acknowledgment of Donations
